NASGP: helping a membership organisation find its voice

The National Association of Sessional GPs is the leading independent membership body for GP locums in the UK. The organisation had grown organically over 20 years and needed to relaunch with a more confident proposition and voice. We worked closely with the management team to create a brand platform that would inspire its new direction and grow the membership.

The first task was to express its over-arching purpose. We crafted a mission statement and introduced a set of headline messages including ‘Achieving more together’ and ‘Everyone works better when they know they’re not alone.’

Next, we looked at how to clearly present three different types of membership, which include access to its proprietary booking engine, LocumDeck. The team at Becolourful wrote new copy for all sections of the NASGP website and provided tone of voice guidelines for the internal team to use going forward.
