OnePlace: Aligning messaging around a core purpose

OnePlace is a customer relationship management product focussed on professional services. I worked with the founders of this fast-growing global business to introduce a simpler and more focused top level proposition. It involved introducing the theme of ‘growth’ and developing tone of voice guidelines to help the business connect with their target customers – who are marketing not technology. I worked alongside Matt Gardner and Matt Burke as part of a rebrand project.
